A: Yes and your old share can be traded in and you pay the balance of the price for the upgrade

Q: Is there is cleaning service for chalets?
A: Yes and its covered by the levy

Q: What else does the levy cover?
A: It covers the maintenance of the farm, water, electricity, upkeep of the farm, roads etc.

Q: Is there access control?
A:  Yes, each owner has an unique access code which help to determine who are at the farm and when

Q: Are there special levies?
A: Only once before after a severe flood to rehabilitate the roads

Q: Are quad bikes allowed?
A: Unfortunately not
