Full ownership

Units can be bought on a “full ownership” basis with an inseparable share in the Game Farm.

Fractional ownership

• In addition fractional ownership proved to be very popular in the development over the last couple of years with a ratio of 9:1 in favour of fractional ownership to full ownership.
• A leisure property or holiday home is more affordable when shared.  Through the fractional ownership model you can own a share from as little as R130 000 in a chalet which includes the furniture, game viewer etc. and the chalet in turn owns an inseparable share in the farm and all the game.
• The units are fully furnished and registered in a Company with 10 shareholders or a Close Corporation with 10 members.
• A share or interest is a marketable asset and can be traded freely on the open market.
• Your investment secures you 5 weeks per year on a rotational basis according to a fixed roster. In other words you get one week every 10 weeks on an ongoing basis every year and over a period of time your weeks will fall in school holidays and over Christmas, Easter etc.
• Every unit/chalet elects a Trustee as it’s representative on the Body Corporate who manages the development. The day to day management of the development is performed by a dedicated team who either live on the property or in the immediate vicinity.
