• These chalets are all 120m² in size and have four bedrooms and are fully furnished.
• They all have thatched roofs, face brick and stone exterior walls
• Two bedrooms are in the loft and two downstairs. The main bedroom is en-suite and a full second bathroom and separate toilet service the three other bedrooms.
• These units sleep 8 people, but some have an extra sleeper couch in the loft.
• The kitchen-lounge-dining-room is open plan and some units have DSTV.
• The newer units have closed “stoeps”, a splash pool and game viewing vehicle.
• An outside braai-area and double carport complete the picture.
• We have stopped building these units and only re-sales come back onto the market.
